    Frequently Asked
    Questions

What happens when I change plans?

    • Upgrading or downgrading your plan works similarly to adding and removing members. Your account will be charged or credited based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed,
    • To downgrade from an Organization plan to an Individual plan you will have to remove all your Teams and re-assign them as members on their respective Wikis,
    • You can only keep 5 users when downgrading from a Paid Plan to a Free Plan, and all your all Teams will be removed (for Team plans and above).

What happens if I cancel my paid plan?

When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time the plan will be canceled and downgraded to a Free plan.

What happens if my payment fails?

You will be notified after each failed payment. We give a 4 week grace period to rectify any payment issues. During this period we will attempt to collect the failed payment once each week. If we cannot collect the payment during the grace period your account will be disabled.

    Do you offer refunds?

The service is billed in advance and is non-refundable. While we do not offer refunds, you can downgrade or cancel your account at any time. The service will remain on your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
